Thank you once again for your replies. I have searched through all her children this morning and she is not with any of them. As far as I know she was always known as Caroline but I have very little information on her.
I have her death certificate and she is not at Marine parade the address given. I have no knowledge of where she was after 1911 census or her husbands death in 1915. Considering she lived for another 20 years I was hoping to add some details to this person.
Apparently a very small percentage of records were in a poor condition and could not be repaired and transcribed. I will leave her for now and hope to find her in the future when searching is easier.
Thanks

Caroline seems to have gone by the name Carrie, based on the funeral details of her brother-in-law, John Matcham (d.1920), sister Fanny Jane Hicks (d.1927; wife of William Baker Hicks) and brother Edward George Williams (d.1929).

There's no mention of Caroline at the funeral of her sister, Sarah Elizabeth Pay (d.1929; widow? of Alfred Pay).

I still couldn't find Caroline though.
