« on: Saturday 15 January 22 17:04 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

This is a book that belonged to my great great grandmother, I can't make out if the date is 1893 or 1898.

Any help.would be appreciated.

Many thanks

I also can't make out the exam she was doing or what it was gifted for? If anyone can help again that would be appreciated.

I'll go for 1893.

'preparing for P. M. S. S. Scripture Exam'

 1893

What religion was the family?
I too see P.M.S.S. Scripture exam and wonder if the abbreviation might be 'Primitive Methodist Sunday School'
