In 1911 she is living with her husband Frederick Taylor.  I don't know if he died or left for some reason. 
Cecilia was Cecelia Taylor on her marriage to George Pritchard in 1917. Maybe she didnt marry Evan John Lewis.
Also I am not sure what happened to Benjamin Davies as two of her children went to live with relatives.  Then in 1921 William Lewis Davies was living with Cecelia and George at no. 3 Pritchards Court Bargates.

Between 1911 (census) and 1917 (marriage) was WW1 ;)

Likely cause of a lost husband, I would think?
