Son Robert born 1815 was buried 1 December 1815 Ref: Family search index of BT's
Image states 10 days old
ADDED
Found the images of Ann and Elizabeth Baptism on Family Search it's not an error.
Ann must have been born 1825/6 and they forgot to have her baptized until they were ready to baptize Elizabeth in March of 1827

John the father is a Shoemaker.

son Robert 1823-1861 was a Hatter

Hi,

Re Churches in Belper no marriages took place at the Chapelery of St. John, St. Peter’s was not built until 1824/5
So many B M D’s took place in Duffield.

Many people from Belper and Milford derbyshire moved to Lancashire in the 1840/50, mainly
Cotton Mill workers, they had been employed and Schooled by the Strutt family so most were able to read and write.
It was important to state where you were born, because if you became chargeable to say Ashton you were removed to the parish of your birth.

1851, note William gives birth year as 1826, and his Mother Mary Hall is living next door.  However in the 1871 Census he gives a birth year of1824, this date matches with the following:-

Henry Hall = Mary Webster 8.4.1816 Duffield

John hall son of Henry Hall & Mary residence Milford occupation Bleacher

William Hall son of Henry & Mary.       “.        Milford.     “.  Labourer

Jane Hall son of Henry & Mary.           “.         Milford.     “.  Filer

All images are on ancestry, but note although Ancestry state St. Peter’s they actually took place at the Chapelary of St. John. Asked Ancestry many times to correct this!
The is connection to first page of the register, just to prove.

Lots of information for you to check, but hope it is of some assistance.
