Old German Script-need help with a few words

Thank you Davecapps, Palomino, and Zefiro,

I greatly appreciate your individual efforts in deciphering the interlineation and you've all gone above and beyond.  But, it is great to see that my own transcription mirrors all of yours.  I had looked at the interlineation as being

"auf um"

but being so rusty I wasn't sure I had distinguished the letters correctly.
