Trying to find a marriage for Kathleen Margaret Marriott nee McGeorge 1918-? to Hugh Brown 1914-2005 and also a date of death for Kathleen ( note she was also known as Peg and Margo.)and a final resting place?
Kathleen Margaret McGeorge was born July 1918, Ripon, Yorkshire and married William Henry Marriott in 1938, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire . They had two daughters Jean and Valerie. At some point and I don’t know when, Kathleen and William divorced.?
An obituary for Hugh Brown does provide a little more information:
“Dramatic career in the Royal Navy serving on the Ill fated HMS Prince of Wales”
“ Carried out secretarial work for Winston Churchill in connection with the Quebec conferences of 1943-1944”
“First wife Ellice who died after 45 years of marriage “
“ In 1986 found romance with the widowed Margo Marriott from Scarborough who like himself had been married for 45 years”
He also maintained a life long church connection with Camphill Queens Park and then at Netherlee (Scotland)”
Hugh Brown  born March 21st 1914 died 3rd September 2005

From FreeBMD: Births, September quarter 1918. Kathleen M McGeorge, mother's maiden surname, Wilkinson, Ripon, Vol 9a, page 95.

From SP: Kathleen Margaret McGeorge or Marriott married Hugh Alexander Brown in Glasgow in 1987.

The other surname of Kathleen Margaret Brown who died in Clydebank in 2008 was Harrison. Kathleen Margaret Brown married Fred Harrison in Glasgow in 1941.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Yes definitely born 1918, Ripon and mothers maiden name Wilkinson. Looks like you are correct Forfarian with marriage in 1987 to Hugh Alexander Brown - thank you. Just need to find Kathleen’s death and their resting place now?

That Margaret Brown who died in Glasgow in 1998 is Margaret Brown or Bell.
