The son & his new wife were with parents Maurice & Irene Kidman living at 1a Milton Road, Clapham, Bedford in 1964 as per Bedford Electoral Registers that are available on Ancestry (up to 1986).

Irene's parents were Ernest & Minnie Boyse who married 20 Oct 1910 & lived at 126 Coventry Road, Bedford, she had a sister Doris Vera born 29 July 1914 (as per Ernest's war papers on Ancestry)

Possibly he founded Kidman's Chemists at 143 Castle Road, Bedford as Tony & his wife (married 1962) were at 143a Castle Road on the 1966 Beds Electoral Register although the chemists at that address in 1965 up to 1975 was called Cresswells as per my Kelly directories, although I know it got renamed as Kidmans in the late 1970s.

I remember 1A Milton Road, Clapham, Bedford. Spent time there during school holidays. Their son  was still living with his parents then. That was quite a few years ago, though. I somehow think he a chemist.
