That is a start - presumably they are likely to be buried in Stranraer or nearby.

The death certificates will not tell you the place of burial. For that you need to ask the local council who manage the cemeteries.

Search online for Stranraer cemeteries.

You don't have to 'send for' certificates. You can view them online at modest cost at www.scotlandpeople.gov.uk
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Thanks Forfarian,
I will search online for Stranraer cemeteries and see what turns up.
If there is anybody on here that knows the area, please let me know.

Hi,
i know the area pretty well as my ancestors came from Stranraer and the surrounding area
The  majority who lived in Stranraer its self were buried in the Glebe Cemetery .
I have asked a friend who lives there for the email address and phone number of the cemeteries department and will let you know as soon as possible.

   Hi ,
My friend hasn't been to well so I phoned Dumfries and Galloway Council on your behalf
They are aways busy with enquiries from people trying to find where their ancestors are buried so it could be some time before I hear anything.
I have given them the dates of both Aulay and his wife Grace and they will eventually get back to me.
I have the Memorial Inscriptions for Cairnryan, Kirkcolm and Leswalt unfortunately they are not in them.
I 'll get back to you as soon as I hear anything
