Clarke Smith marriage

Hi all
Goin thru some old posts from rootschat from donkeys back still never found out any more on these Smiths that married into me Grt Nans Clarke family anyone come across these Smiths before not sure if theyre Romany or not me Clarkes were , both Thomas and Samuel were Brothers the Anne on census record Married to Samuel is kate (Kezias) sister i think the Smiths judgin by census must have had extended family in Norfolk?

Advice in last reply - did you discuss?

Did you buy any of the certs recommended?

Why do you think there were Romany connections?  Do you have any documentary evidence to support it?

Not been in ere for years just lookin thru ild posts like i say not sure wheter Romany Smiths or not just wondered if any had maybe come across em on there searches purely as me Clarkes were Romany obviously dont mean cos they were Smiths they were i had a private message off a rootschstter back after original posts saying we ws cousins but never heard no more and they aint been in ere since and that was 10 year ago 👍

Samuel Clarke married Annie Smith in 1895, Stow on the Wold.

This looks like Annie and Kate Elizabeth in 1881 census with their mother Elizabeth and siblings.

Kate and William Clarke - 1911

The nephew Percy Smith was born in Longborough not Norfolk. 

There is a birth for Percy Watts Smith 1897, Stow on the Wold district. There is no mother’s name so likely to be illegitimate.
Also a death for him in 1902.
