I think the man and the woman on the left, have very similar slanting eyebrows. 
Could they be related?

Thanks everyone. That's interesting. There was one brother amongst the many Langley sisters. Perhaps that's him!

He didn't stay in the area but he appears as a witness on his sisters' marriage records, so he obviously came home to visit from time to time. Maybe this is the only Langley brother and two of his sisters. He was born in 1863 so he would be in his 30s in this picture.
