Candis - have you got your dates correct please?

If she was born in 1875 - she would have been only 15 at marriage - if she married in 1890 (although you have written 1990 I assume you mean 1890).

An Emma Elizabeth Jukes and a John Smith are on the same page of a marriage register Q/E Dec 1902 in Brentford - is that her?

Not that this affects your actual query - but just wondered if your records are correct.

The Emma E Smith in 1939 is showing as married - but she seems to be with an older William Smith, as opposed to her husband, John Smith.

The William H Smith who seems to be head of the house, does appear to be her son - as there is a birth in the correct year with mother's maiden name of Jukes.

Having said all that, apart from an Emma E.S. Smith with the right approx birth year, who died in Winchester Reg Dist in 1944 --- I cannot see a death for an Emma E. Smith in the Hampshire area.

There are a couple of Emma Smiths dying in Hampshire of the correct age - but maybe she died elsewhere. I cannot see a burial on line - but maybe some hawk-eye can find something for you.

Sorry not to be able to help.
