I am looking for my 2x great grandparents graves.
George Hill born July 9, 1847 in Somerset, England died Feb 1, 1900 at his residence on Chaucer Street Northampton
Rose Hannah (Rosanna) born Morris May 20, 1851 Birmingham, England died at her residence on Regent Street Northampton Feb 3, 1914 at the time of her death she was remarried to John Green
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I can see both were buried in Billing Road Cemetery, Northampton

George Hill, 56, Chaucer Street, Kingsley Park, Northampton, aged 50, Died February 1st 1900, buried February 5th 1900, in grave no. A2 2697.

Sandy does it indicate Rose Hannah is buried alone or with her husband? Would you know where I could get a map of the cemetery in order to find the graves of my great great grandparents?

Hi Michelle.

You could try the Northampton Cemetery Office if they are dealing with queries because of the pandemic and the Superintendent has been unwell recently.

I will need to check for John as the books do not run in surname order.
I will get back to you in a while.

There are only 400+ headstones remaining and none are of your relatives sadly.

Okay I need confirmation this is your John Green.

John Green, 36, Monks Pond Street, Northampton aged 75, died November 27th 1924, buried December 1st 1924 in grave A2 1193

Obviously not together as different grave number.
