CofE register in Non Conformist registers section on Ancestry

Anyone think of a good reason why 1821 marriages at St. Dunstan, Stepney, a CofE church are in the Non Conformist records section of Ancestry ::) Also seems to be rather random with a handwritten list of names from 1947 onwards from page 98
