Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for relatives of Pvt P J Smith of the Army Service Corp who died 18/4/1917 and is buried at Arnos Vale Cemetery Bristol. Service No :- S/307365

The private memorial marking the grave of Pvt P J Smith no longer provides adequate commemoration. The Commission are in the process of producing a new headstone to mark his grave.
