I cancelled my Ancestry Subscription last month and today they have taken out £179.99 from my bank account, I am raging. I have contacted them and have been told that my refund will take between 10 and 16 business days!!!! Has anyone else had this problem? It seems to me a great way of gaining interest on there accounts.
