What a dreadful copy. I would normally suggest requesting another copy, but I think I read that SP aren’t doing any re-copying of illegible certificates. Unsure if that is permanent or temporary.

Could Alexander possibly been born in Lanark, Canada?

Born 19 June 1902 County Lanark, Ontario, Canada.
Parents James S Bell, Martha Moody.

Looks like he was a twin brother of James H.

It's likely worth requesting a clearer copy as in my experience (3 times) they will refund the cost because they aren't currently re-copying illegible certificates.

This was in Oct/Nov 2021.

Mick was very disappointed to recieve such is a terrible copy was really hoping to confirm the maiden name for Martha.
