Baptism of Wilfrid Thomas Allen on the 18th February 1923, born on 1st (Premier?) Feb, of a legitimate child of Wilfrid Allen, civil engineer and May Rogers his wife.
May Rogers may have another name - there is a word split between two lines just before 'May' which I can't make out - it ends in 'na', 'of this parish'.
The parrain (godfather) is Patrick Thomas Sunderland, and marraine (godmother) is *Catheline O'Donnell, wife of the godfather.
*He has corrected this to 'Kathlein' in the margin.

Kathlein O'Donnell Sunderland and Patrick Thomas Sunderland sign.
Priest Louis Richard
Lane, Burgess: Cheshire. Finney, Rogers, Gilman:Derbys
Cochran, Nicol, Paton, Bruce:Scotland. Bertolle:London
Bainbridge, Christman, Jeffs: Staffs

Thanks for that. The mother's name was Helena May Rogers.  I couldn't work out what parraine and marraine meant.
