I've got the exact same problem. I don't want a card saved to my account, or to have paypal registered. There doesn't seem to be anyway of removing a card's details and it's a bit dodgy for there not to be an option.

You can't remove your card details, because FindMyPast don't keep them. They simply store a token which is linked to a secure payment gateway, (in this case Datacash) and the only way they can completely remove this is by disabling your account.

That's what I was told a few years ago when my membership was renewed, despite me unchecking the Auto Renew flag.
