Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for relatives of Rifleman Douglas John Carlisle - Service No R/33942 - 2nd Battalion -  King Royal Rifle Co -  died 21/10/1918  aged 21 years - - buried at Chingford Cemetery. Waltham Forest, Greater London.
Commission are in the process of producing a headstone for Rifleman Douglas John Carlisle.

Commemorated: United Kingdom Book of Remembrance  at the moment.

Using the available free search facility in 1921 - Lily, May and Herbert are living in Hackney.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
