I 've received the evidence that Charles and Claire ( Karl Schrabacher and Clara Schulter ) are the couple I am related to by their daughter Marie born in France.

I have been on the site you gave but I cannot do much with it  as I don't speak german at all. Still, I tried the 360 panorama and found it very interesting :

Nebra has a fantastic archeological interest ( beautiful Ark of Nebra) and a stunning building that I could not find for years ( I saw this building in a TV commercial years ago).

As far as I found out, the records for Wangen, Nebra in this time range are kept in the registry office in Freyburg/Unstrut.

Going on with this research , I received their naturalisation file.

Wangen is clearly written Wangen (Wurtemberg) .
So the info on the CD of naturalisation is false.
You were right to doubt davecapps.
I wrote to Wangen's town hall . Still waiting.
