1911 census (free index) shows Edward Langton - aged 25 years - as a theological student  -
Wesleyan College, Handsworth, Birmingham.

Edward Langton 1886 - 1965 - died age 79 years 1965  - North east Cheshire

Edward Langton. Methodist Minister was mentioned in the probate of his father.

died 24 June 1945 - Japan.
