photo resizing etc

Hello , I wondered if there any web sites or companies etc which do similar to Photoshop but more basic ? I really don't need all those wonderful ways of improving photo's , I just want one where I can crop and resize old family photo's. I am hoping one of them might offer free download ideally .

Try IrfanView.
You can download the software and run it on your PC.

If you don't need to do any restoration and  just need resizing and cropping, you could use the Photos app that comes with Windows.

Add - select the file that you want,left  click on it and open with --- Photos
