sHE WAS BORN 1841 AND HER PRENTS WERE JOHN AND ANNIE kEARNEY

aNYONE HAVE ANY MMORE INFORMATION WOULD PPRECIATE IT.  MY GG GRANDMOTHER WAS rOSE

Civil registration of births didn't start until 1864 so you'll need to search for church records to see if you can find baptisms, etc.
If they were Catholic the registers might be online (dates vary according to individual parish)-

If the family were Catholic and Rose married in Ireland I would start by searching that particular parish for her baptism (if the records are available).
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
