It would help if you included some info about their birthyears.  The marriage was 1929 - have you looked for them on the 1939 register which gives their full birthdates?

Have you looked for them on the 1921 census?

When & where did they die?

the marriage was in the Petersfield registration district and there is a Harry Windebank in the same district in 1939 with several closed records. His date of birth is given as 28 Jan 1900 on the free index.

Ah - Windebank - not Windibank - wondered why I couldn't find them after marriage.  Thought they may have emigrated
