FindMyPast Shropshire image problems

Hi
I've been checking up on my Shropshire ancestors this afternoon but can't  open any of the parish record images. Other images from other record sets that I've looked at are opening.

Does anyone else have this problem or can tell me what the message means, (other than that the  record image browser can't open Shropshire images) please  :-X

This is the message that I get:

It does happen occasionally.

I've just looked for "Alan" in Shropshire Burials and no problems, from 1639 - .....
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Presumably you mean the Shropshire Baptisms / Marriages / Banns / Burials datasets.  If so they are opening up for me.

I was getting the same error on the record set British India Office Deaths & Burials earlier this afternoon just tried again and I can now access the record
