Could any miracle be worked on this please?

Good afternoon, this is definitely a long shot, I have been given a large amount of family photographs by a cousin, this photograph of a serviceman was among them.
Sadly it is out of focus, I was wondering if anything could be done to make it any clearer, I am assuming it is beyond help so no worries if it cannot be done.
