I have walked past this grave in the Broadway Cemetery, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, twice a day for many years and I had every intention of sharing, I have finally gotten round to doing that, ironically with the anniversary of his death 105 years ago.
I wonder if any of Percy's family have visited or even have photos? What happened to his wife Annie, did they have any children?
I do hope the photo is seen by one of Percy's descendants.
Last November with it being 100 years of the British Legion, my friend and I placed poppies on all of the 63 war graves in the cemetery, Percy included.

So he wasn't Canadian after all. I had visions of Percy dying miles away from his family. Annie moving country explains why she isn't buried with him.

Thank you for all the information.

Cromwell Road still exists and hasn't changed much since 1921.
