Day marriage

I have John Pollard who I believe was ch . 08 Apr 1781 Broad Clyst , Devon ( f . William )  Ref . ?
He moved at some stage to the Bedminster area in the early 1800s and mrd . Hester Day 10 Mar 1811 Bedminster St . John by Banns with 2 known witnesses .
Can anyone help with info . on her as regards to parentage / was it her 1st mrg / birth area etc..
Appreciate any help or pointers in a direction .

sorry should have said , I believe children inc . Elizabeth bp 1816 , William 1816 , John ( pos . 1811 ) and Louisa 1819 .

To help clairfy Hester's age I notice that there is a burial of a Hester Pollard age 64  Residence    Paul St Bedminster in Bedminster on 11 April 1841 and in the 1841 census Louisa, John and Elizabeth Pollard were living in Paul St

Somerset Burial Index has a burial 11 April 1841 in Bedminster which gives a birth year of 1777. I haven't been able to find a baptism which fits.

The Index also has a burial in Bedminster for John Pollard 6 July 1834 with a birth year of 1782

Interesting that the marriage below that of John Pollard and Hester Day is for Thomas Day and Mary Ann Palmer and is witnessed by a Sarah Pollard?

Hester Pollard at Paul Street , Bedminster I had from 1841 census . Daughter Louisa Elizabeth Pollard is noted I believe under non conf . bp records 1754 - 1837 ( shown as late of Broad Clyst ) with the church shown as the Sweden Borgian , Terrill St ( formerly Lodge St 1795 - 1826 ) Bedminster . Would love to take the line back a generation on the surname DAY . I did wonder whether her maiden surname was not DAY and was from a previous mrg . Thankyou for help .

There is the following baptism at Pensford (4 miles from Bedminster)…
Hester Lay (transcribed as Laiy), d/o John and Betty, 31 Mar 1788.

The writing looks like Lay to me, the writer had a shaky hand…the age is out, but…

Ignore that…I jumped from Day to Lay
