1901 / 1911 census ,,

 Hi l have recently found a 1901 census  with somone lm researching,,, by the name of Albert Hunt,, on the 1901 it says birthplace Hampshire Portsmouth 1864,,he married a lady by the name of Mary August Reeves in Monmouth 1886,, but on the  1911 it says he was born cefalonia Greece,, could it be possible that he was Greek and maybe changed his name,, maybe arrived in Portsmouth??? Not seeing any Albert Hunt (born in Greece circa 1864-ish) in the 1911 census.

Cephalonia was a British protectorate until the mid-1860's, so it is possible he was born there if his father was serving there, perhaps as part of the British garrison.

I saw the original on ancestry by looking up their son Frederick charles coal miner aged 15 in 1911

It says Alfredt is British by parentage

Hi so he could have been born  in Greece but English parentage,, l found him on 1891 also,, this time it says birthplace vildo? Mediterranean,,

Do you know his parents names ?  Maybe we could find his father's military records

Who was he with and where in 1891 ?

He is very hard to find on Ancestry .!
