Looking for William Cooper & Hannah Russell

I'm trying to trace William Cooper (chair bottomer) & Hanna Cooper (Russell). On birth certificate of Councillet Cooper 04/07/1844 Southwick Sussex

I may have found my Hannah with her children, Fanny Lemontana, Mary, Gentilia & Nelson in Middlesex 1861. But can't connect them directly to Councillet, even though the children were born in the same areas as many of my ancestors, Brighton Sussex, Norwood Surrey, Bromley, and Middlesex, and Nelson is a family name.
I'm hoping someone here can connect them to their tree, or have found them on another census...I've looked, but can't find any info.
My Councillet would have been living with her partner Moses Lee by 1861, not that I can find a census or marriage to confirm this, but going by the baptism dates of her sons.

There is a marriage in Edenbridge, Kent in May 1847 between a William Cooper (father William Cooper) and an Ann Russell (father John Russell).
Williams abode was Croydon and Anns was Edenbridge.  William and both fathers had occupation as Labourer

Thank you for all the above, I had noted the baptisms, also found Nelson, in Upper Norwood All saints Surrey, 02/07/1854 parents Hawkers. Found it on a Romany site, but haven't seen it IrL.

Off to check out the 1871 census as hadn't found that. Thank you 😀

Using the info above regarding Ann Russell & William Coopers marriage 1847 Edenbridge Kent.

 I found a Joan Cooper  Baptised 14/11/1847 St Peters & St Pauls Edenbridge Sevenoaks Kent
Parents William Cooper Labourer & Hannah Cooper.

I then found Joanna Cooper 1847 Sevenoaks Union Mother Russell Vol 05 Page 414

I just need to link my GGG Grandmother Councillet Cooper (1844) with this family
Her husband was Moses Lee
Moses Lee Jr  GG grandfather wife Sarah Ransley
James Lee Lee G Grandfather
Who had 4 Sons 3 daughters
