Cannot find details of birth or death for Frederick Fletcher, but do know that he married Ellen (Nellie) Mobbs at Banbury in 1916 [3a 2313].

You can search 1921 census indexes on Find my Past for free and purchase the census information without membership.
There is only one Frederick in Banbury in 1921. He is with Ellen and two children.
He is born 1887, Milcombe, Oxfordshire.
