It's a supplementary page to the medal roll and headed up "Category (b)".

I don't know if this was a requirement of all regiments. I suspect it was.

Thanks again for all this, Shaun.  And it might be rather interesting to compare these regimental supplementary lists Category B if indeed they do exist.  Seems to me rather a long list of men "in state of desertion" for the Seaforth Highlanders as one example...
