Address search in Hoylake Cum West Kirby

Is there any way to find out who was living at a particular address on the 1901 England census? The addresses in question are 13 and 19 Back Sea View, Hoylake Cum West Kirby, Cheshire, England. On the subscription site I have, this seems to be possible via the Census Summary Books on the 1911 census, but not on the 1901 census.

(These are the addresses I have from the birth and christening certificates of a child who was later adopted.)
