Given her age is given as 63 on the 1851, this is the most likely baptism

Wellington 12 April 1789

The reason i,m trying to find Miles is thus:  Joseph Vaughan married Margaret Ellis 1805, it was signed as witness by Miles Wadkiss. The only one of age i can see is the one born in 1786. Margaret had a brother, John who married Catherine. In 1841, Catherine lived next door to Miles,s sons before they married

The signatures look different,

1 is as a a witness
2 is as groom

Add - unless Miles was practicing  different writing styles

Miles Watkiss married Mary Ellis 19 July 1807 in Wrockwardine. Witnesses were Thomas Ellis and John Houlston (he witnessed many weddings si is probably a Parish Clerk).
