1911 - sister Maud May b 1901 - mmn Evans

As per my reply 7 - The only possibility is June qtr 1895 Frederick Edward Lee mmn Evans - Birmingham

Neither the 1901 or 1911 give a middle name so what document has George as his middle name?

willowbeth --- as I asked in reply number 8, how sure are you that he is Frederick George?

There is no civil birth registration in Warwickshire for a Frederick George Lee in the time frame that you have quoted. There is a Frederick George LEA whose birth was registered in the March quarter 1895 in the Solihull district. His parents were George Albert and Mary Marid.

As CaroleW has stated, your man's siblings birth registrations shows the mother's maiden name was Evans and CaroleW has found a birth registration of Frederick Edward Lee with mother's maiden name of Evans. This must be your man.

If his mothers maiden name was Evans then his birth was registered as Frederick EDWARD Lee - see previous replies

My reply 9 - what document do you have that gives his middle name as George?

Who did he marry & when?

When & where did he die?

Middle name seems to alternate between George & Edward.
Strange I'm not seeing MIC's for either brother.

Percy's number on the MIC is 36286 (also labour Corps 583576)

Both brothers' MICs are on Ancestry.
