1891 census for Harding family
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:4KNY-8PZ

marriage reg
John Harding march qtr 1881 Merthyr Tydfil vol 11a pg 459 with Mary Ann Powell on the same page

Parish entry for the marriage - 12 Feb 1881 parish church of Gelligaer
John Harding 22 bach collier Cross Inn father Edward Harding collier
Mary Ann Powell 19 spinster Penwerlod father Benjamin Powell labourer
witnesses Daniel William & Mary Davies.

I've found the marriage for Lewis George Powell in 1919, his fahter was also Benjamin Powell (deceased by this time) so would be uncle of Sarah Harding/Rees. Witnesses to the marriage were John Harding & David B Harding.

birth reg for Lewis George James Powell sept qtr 1873 Merthyr Tydfil vol 11a pg 397 has mother's maiden name Jenkins
Easier to find than the birth reg for a Mary Ann Powell but his one has same mmn
Mary Ann Powell dec qtr 1863 Merthyr Tydfil vol 11a pg 273 mmn Jenkins

Came across this  https://newspapers.library.wales/view/3813979/3813985/44/

Think the child might be Cyril Lewis Harding whose birth was registered Q2 1901 (with no mother's maiden name) and is living with John & Mary Ann in 19111
