Wedding maybe pre WW1
« on: Monday 06 June 22 13:23 BST (UK) »
I'm not sure who this couple is but I'm thinking the wedding might be early 1900's - prob just before the WW1

Suggestions re a more definite date would be very helpful please.

Any restoration/amendments would be appreciated.

Thanks

Di

Hi Di  - good to see you  :)

I would say that, going by the bride's dress, it is Edwardian and probably 1908 +/- 3

Does it have anything on the back?

Oh how wonderful - restorations like those, and in less than 24 hours, are exceptional

Thanks Ian - they look fantastic now and colouring certainly wouldn't hurt

That's great John - thanks so much. I really appreciate the time and effort you've put into this

Aww Tomkin - 2 for the price of 1 - they look beautiful & up to your usual high standard. Many thanks

Hi Gadget - Nice to meet again. Thanks for the date estimate. This pic is all I have but the date range fits in with my thoughts - just have to rule in or out  a few side branch family members.

Again - thank you everyone. I understand the efforts put into restorations so truly appreciate your work.

What a lovely couple. They look even better tidied up - good work everyone. I hope you manage to identify them Di.  :)

The groom has lovely hands, so you might be looking for someone who has a desk rather than labouring job.  ;D
