Look up required

hello all,
               i have a WW1 medal for a E Noble, Service number 2041, Company number W0329 and he served in the West Yorkshire Regiment.
Unfortunately thats all i know but id love to find out more, Ive been unable to do so on the search sites i use.
If anyone could find me some further detail it would be much appreciated.

Ernest Noble born York, Yorkshire 1890. Enlisted 20/8/1914 Discharged medically unfit 1/6/1916 due to Chronic Otitis Media. Residence 429 Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire. Pale complection, blue eyes & fair hair.

The upshot was that his disability wasn't caused or aggravated by
war service so no pension was accorded.

Received all 3 medals.

His paperwork on Find My Past records that he was in 'D' Company of the 1/5th Battalion. He sailed on the SS Invicta from Folkestone on the 15 April 1915 disembarking at Boulogne the following day.
