Purchases missing
« on: Thursday 16 June 22 17:55 BST (UK) »
Hi All
Has anyone come across this problem from scotlands people.
I accessed my account today for the first time in a while to find that my credits had disappeared on checking I can see no purchases since 2019 and I know that I have purchased credits this year as the images I have bought are in my saved images.

Did you buy credits this year or did you use credits that you already had?

Credits are valid for 2 years:

All credits are valid for two years and will expire at the end of two years unless further credits are purchased in that time.

If you bought the credits i n2019, they would have passed their  'use by'

That's very odd. I'd get in touch with them then.

Might you just have used them up?

Hi
Not so worried about credits it's the fact that my account says that I haven't purchased any since 2019 but saved images say different going by memory which I agree is not always accurate I reckon I should have in excess of 30 credits and will be a odd number based on multiples of 2 but as I say it's not the credits it's the missing info

As I said earlier, I think you need to contact them.  They usually respond fairly quickly and sort things out.

I had a look at my account & the 'Order History' doesn't match when I last bought credits which was very recently.

I then clicked on the down arrow (V) on 'Order number' on left side & scrolled them...

It seems the dates are recorded against the order number rather than by date actually purchased.

It would make more sense for them to show the latest date 1st with amount of credits purchased then the order number attached to credits used.

If I wasn't aware of your query then it looks on my account as if I hadn't purchased any credits since 2019 either!

Screenshot of my purchases showing top of page but when I scroll through, the more recent ones show i.e. Order numbers/2022 dates/Total (Credits).

As you say, Annie, the orders listing is by number, not by date, On page 2 of my orders I have an order for 8  June 2022.  I must admit to not bothering to look there as I only check to see how many credit I have left.

This is shown at  top right corner of screen and shows how many credits you have left.  If  Credits show zero then Bruce must have used them all or there is an error.
