Possible red herring, however there was a Bigger/Walker marriage in Londonderry district in 1923.

Quote
M/1923/X1/1262/3/18   Robert   Bigger   Walker   4th September 1923   Derry.
M/1923/X1/1262/3/18   Annie   Walker   Bigger   4th September 1923   Derry

From 1921 to 1930, there were about a dozen or so male Bigger marriages registered.

In case the Londonderry area marriage is the link, there were only 2 Robert Biggers in Londonderry 1911 census:

https://www.rootschat.com/links/01rnk/

Of these, the second  looks to possibly have been the chap of same name, Robert Arthur Joseph Bigger, who died in 1964 with a wife named Mary, per PRONI wills site.

The first, Robert John Bigger, an artist, looks to have, per newspaper articles of the time,  been married with children before 1917, albeit from content of articles, the mariage seems to have broken down (from births of children, his wife was a Jane Campbell Patterson, although not seeing a marriage in Ireland, possibly this 1911 one in England.  Bigger    Robert J        Pancras    1b   247   Patterson    Jeannie C        Pancras    1b   247       ).

Of course the Robert of the 1923 marriage may have been from elsewhere.

Coincidence or otherwise:

Bigger
Annie
1905
1985
England & Wales Deaths 1837-2007
Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England

If the Londonderry marriage in 1923 was his parents, perhaps this is his mother's death.

According to 1911 census, Robert Arthur Joseph Bigger was born Co.Donegal.
There are lots of possibilities so OP really needs more information.

True, however, I have now discovered that the Annie of the 1923 marriage in Londonderry had the middle name Selina, which again is promising given the use of Selena by James. Again, though, as ever, it could be yet another red herring.

There was an Annie Selina Mary Walker birth in Londonderry 3rd Feb 1904:

and with her family in 1911:

but no match to the birth date given for the Annie who died in Worksop.
