Heres the mystery and i hope someone will sort it as i cant,nor my friends.
It was always said that Arthur Jenkin was taken in by a family(Jenkin Williams)and raised as his son,but never adopted.The story is that his mother and father were in South Africa,they came back to have the baby ,then she died.As the father had a son already,he couldnt take care of the baby,so gave him to the Williams family,but his surname really was Robinson.No=one knows where they came back to,who the other son was,and did his father know or was somehow related to the Wlliams family.It ties in with Arthur being baptised so late.And Jenkin was named as his father on Arthurs wedding certificate.On the other hand,Arthur fits in perfectly with the Williams family.
