Would Christie, for the the name of the brother Arthur head of house, be short for Christopher?

Christopher Clendennen (transcribed as Glendennen), brother of Arthur and in 1911 census (reply #4) died in 1927 aged 75 yrs at Dunkinane. His nephew John was the informant.

Christopher's ages are debatable. He aged only 10 years between 1911 and 1927.

Official report + other research into misstatement of ages of old people at death and on census, in reply 32 on the thread below.

If Dinah wasn't local to Kerry, the wedding could have been anywhere.
What makes you think Adam was from Ulster?
What's the earliest evidence you have for Adam in Kerry?

ETA2
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N7Y5-R2C
Jane Clendennen Thompson born apx 1835 is the daughter of Adam and a Mary Clendennen

Again there is a tree on FS that OP could look at

https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/KGQ8-W59

ETA3
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FRHB-76R

One entry on FS has Jane's mother as Mary and one has her mother as Elizabeth.
