Trying again, bit long winded but 

3 sons born to George & Mary.

John Turner Lowe 1817

William Lowe 1820-----married Mary Piercey 1840. Appears last on 1861 census with wife and 3 children, (1)Elizabeth, George, William born Liverpool

(1) Elizabeth marries Henry Smith 4.2.1866 St John of Wapping. Her father William Lowe deceased

Henry & Elizabeth have a son

SMITH, WILLIAM  HENRY     mother's maiden name LOWE 
GRO Reference: 1866  S Quarter in BIRKENHEAD  Volume 08A  Page 396

George Lowe (1822) marries Mary Burgess 24.8.1846 Sheffield. His father George Lowe occ "Traveller"
George is easily found in 1851/61 census and then appears in 1871 ref RG10 774 32 22 transcribed on Anc* as LOME  George dies 1901 aged 79 shortly after appearing in 1901 census

George Lowe 49 Tailor Journeyman born Sheffield
Mary Lowe 54 born Shropshire
Eliza Lowe 24 born Sheffield
William Lowe 17 nephew born Liverpool
William H Smith 4 nephew born Birkenhead

So it appears that at least William c 1820 has died between 1861-1866. Going through GRO death index throws up a couple of records that fit if death age was recorded accurately.

William Lowe son of William & Mary Piercey married twice, 1st marriage 12.4.1884 to Mary Ann Amelia Howard, 2nd marriage 20.10.1889 to Harriet Eliza Bedwell. On both marriages father is recorded as William Lowe occ Engineer. He appears on 1911 census with Harriet
