No, the address is Rowley Yard, Stourbridge and Edwin is the nephew of John Edwards (head of household), born Tipton.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Edwin Mills is a different person, he also was born 1844 Staffordshire

Then you need to wonder where William MILLS is at 1871 Census.

Where is William?  You have an age for him......look for him to be described as....grandson / nephew / visitor   etc.  because he is not at home with parents........and living in Staffordshire?.
