Kemps Hall School, Wye, Kent
« on: Tuesday 12 July 22 22:08 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I have someone who I am researching who spent part of his schooling at Kemps Hall, Wye, Kent. This would have been in the 1860s or 1870s.

I would be grateful for any information on the school.

Paul
I lived in Ardwick, Manchester in the early 1960s as a small child and much travelling of the world has now led me to want to know more about my roots. Carter, Beckwith, Connolly, Heron and Kelly are all names that form part of my family tree.

Have you tried contacting the Kent Family History Society to see if they can help with info?

Comberton,
When I hit !"enter" to post my typed out version of the newspaper article, I was alerted to your post. I checked it and it was blank - no details whatsoever. All I saw was "Comberton, today at 08.28". Hence I continued with my contribution.
It appears that an attachment to a post is not picked up and displayed under the alerting process?

Not to worry, an interesting advertisement to add to the story for the OP.
