Interestingly there is a baptism for a Caroline Williams b 6 Jan 1828 in Steyton, Pemb with parents Thomas and Martha Williams - and Thomas was a butcher which ties in with the 1841 census

In 1851 there was a Caroline Williams age 26 b Pembroke working as a cook at 38, Park Street, St Augustine the Less, Bristol :-\
