  Searching the street name on the 1881 census it included the Glendale Workhouse which is shown on this map https://maps.nls.uk/view/101027895#zoom=5&lat=3302&lon=4598&layers=BT

A more detailed map https://maps.nls.uk/view/132277103#zoom=6&lat=9333&lon=14548&layers=BT  Looks like it was the western end of the High St
