It would appear the niece in question married twice.Because she named her son Thomas I`m assuming her father was Thomas Gladstone,elder brother of William.

Do you have dates, places and given names for any of these people? With names as frequent as Jones and Pritchard, it's impossible to get the right ones with surnames only.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

According to Wikipedia, Thomas Gladstones three daughters(no names given) births were registered at District of St George,Hanover Sq,London.....1847,1849,1853.I suspect the niece in question was one of these.

Never assume anything.

You need to work backwards with dates, full names and places.

Looking at newspapers I think the daughters are Louisa, Anna and Mary.
Only Mary and the son John were living at Sir Thomas’s death.

Can you please give us the details of your grandparents.

There is a marriage in Chester 2nd Qrt 1875 between a Richard Jones and a Hannah Weigh (vol 8a/pg 856). They had a son Thomas born in 1876 in Hawarden, Flintshire. Thomas married Jessie Louise Pritchard in Hawarden in March 1897 it seems.

Need to check GRO for confirmation of Hannah's maiden name used in the registration of her children's births. Couldn't easily see yet the first marriage mentioned.

Father of Hannah is Thomas and he is a miner  ;D

Hannah’s parents were Thomas and Bathsheba (nee Griffiths) they married 1848.
Bathsheba married secondly to Edward Coleman (or at least is living as wife of Edward in 1891)
