1949 death certificate
« on: Tuesday 26 July 22 02:41 BST (UK) »
Hello all, I was wondering, how would I go about getting a Canadian death certificate from 1949?
Ancestry only goes up to 1948 at the moment, as far as I can tell.

If it helps, the man I'm looking for is William Albert Cluderay. Died November 28th 1949, in Thorold, Ontario aged 79.

Thanks

http://www.archives.gov.on.ca/en/tracing/death_registrations.aspx

It says death regs for 1949 to 1951 are closed for digitisation, so you might have to be a bit patient.

Hi all, I already had these, but thank you very much!

His son Horace immigrated in the 1924, and then his other son immigrated in '47 and he joined him two months later accompanied by his daughter in law and granddaughter.

Excellent, better twice than not at all  :)  - of course there were to many to put them all on here.

Just like to let all know that I did finally get it a few weeks ago, as they became available on Ancestry.  :)
