Marriage: Ethel Manley to Jack Hatfield in 1928 Sculcoates.
There was a child born to them in 1933. See FreeBmd.
In 1939 they are in Haltemprice, Yorkshire. Jack's occupation is a butcher.
Her birth date is given as 13 May 1903, which fits with her birth registration Apr-June 1903.

Just so you know for when you get to a library! On the 1921 they are transcribed as WANLEY. At same address as 1911

In the 1939 register both Arthur G Manley and his brother Walter B Manley are living with their father, and both are single / unmarried.
If they married, it was after 1939.

Arthur Geoffrey Manley died 3 Feb 1984, Blackpool. There are no relative's names given on his probate index.

Just as an update to this post if anyone reads it in the future
I DNA matched to Benjamin Choat's families decedents which indicates he is the biological father (yes not 100% proof but very likely)

So as for this part of my family I have made great progress on all but
Charles Cooper

I have no marriage or information on him after the 1911 census

The funeral notice of his brother Benjamin mentions nothing of him so it is possible he was either dead or moved away from the area. (1964)

----Here is all the information I have on him---

I understand due to the extremely large number of Charles Coopers out there it may be hard to find anything else on him. I just wanted to throw it out there.
